These terms govern your use of IPAuth (ipauth.net), operated by netsec-ops ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
IPAuth provides dynamic IP allowlisting and a signed-cookie access gate for servers and applications you control. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods and recovery codes secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
We work to keep IPAuth available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. It is one layer of access control and should not be your only safeguard for critical systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, netsec-ops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, access, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
You may stop using IPAuth and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe threatens the service or others.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Questions about these terms: contact us or email legal@netsec-ops.com. IPAuth is a product of netsec-ops.
